Montu analyzes the website first. For the free sample step you then choose SEO Content, Social Content, Email Content, or Mix. SEO produces article samples; Social produces platform-specific social samples; Email produces email-content samples; Mix gives a sample across the channels. After that you continue to the dashboard.

Choose the build-a-website path during onboarding. Montu focuses that path on Brand Identity + Build Website instead of article/social/email samples. The website created in Montu becomes a workspace in your website selector, so you can continue marketing it from the dashboard.

Yes. Open Build Website and connect the custom domain to the Montu-hosted site. Montu shows whether the domain is ACTIVE or still VERIFYING and, when verification is needed, shows the DNS/verification records to add with your domain provider. Re-run verification after DNS is updated. Once verified, the domain and SSL status become active. You can also replace or disconnect the domain later.

External publishing currently supports WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Ghost, Medium, Salla, Zid. Each platform asks for its own official API/app credential. A website built and hosted inside Montu does not need external CMS credentials; edit and publish it directly from Build Website.

Open SEO Content and use the refresh workflow for a page you already published. Paste a URL from the selected website, optionally add its main keyword and a brief, and Montu checks coverage, structure, links, freshness and schema before generating a refreshed version with an itemised gap list and before/after result. If the connected platform supports updating the live page in place, you can republish from the workflow; otherwise Montu gives you the refreshed HTML instead of pretending the live page was changed.

Open Email Campaigns and switch to Automations. Choose an active audience list, set the sender/reply-to details, then build a sequence from READY email-content campaigns. A sequence can contain up to 5 steps, each with a delay from 0 to 720 hours. Consent is required before starting. You can see progress and the next run, then pause, resume or delete the automation.

Failed generation is refunded automatically when the run settles as failed. If a batch delivers fewer items than you paid for, the undelivered portion is returned. Lead discovery is the exception: its crawl/discovery base fee covers the crawl, while the per-lead portion for undelivered leads is refundable.

Montu Pilot is the autonomous execution mode. It plans and produces work on the cadence and boundaries you set, using the same underlying Montu services and their normal usage pricing. You can review its work and pause the automation whenever you need.

No. Self-service support is intentionally least-privilege: it receives public Montu product knowledge and the messages you type in the support chat. It is not given database access, credentials, secrets, admin tools, another customer’s records, or your private workspace/content. Account-specific investigation is escalated to a support case.

Yes. Self-service support is limited to 15 customer messages in a one-hour support window. The counter is enforced on the server, not in the browser. After the limit, the chat closes and the issue is handed off as a support case so the conversation cannot be used as an unlimited AI endpoint.

Use Plan & Billing for subscription changes. Cancelling keeps access through the paid billing period. Refund requests should be submitted as a support case so the team can review the payment.

Generated work stays inside its service workspace and is also surfaced through the Library where applicable. Social items can be scheduled in the Calendar, supported content can be published to a connected CMS, and Montu-hosted websites are edited/published from Build Website.
