What exactly counts as a commission?
Every successful payment made by a customer you referred, during their first 12 months. Subscription payments and renewals both count.
How long does the referral link track for?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes any time within that window, the sale is attributed to you.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, once your balance clears $50. Payouts go out by PayPal, Wise, or crypto — you choose in your partner dashboard. Each commission is held for 30 days first so refunds can settle.
What happens if a customer refunds or charges back?
The commission for that payment is reversed. That is exactly what the 30-day hold is for, so it almost always happens before you are paid.
Can I refer myself or my own company?
No. Self-referrals are not eligible and will be reversed. Referring a client whose account you manage is fine — referring your own subscription is not.
