Reach your subscribers with an
email campaign tool
Import the list you collected, schedule a campaign, and see what was delivered and opened. Unsubscribe handling is built in, because this is permission-based marketing to people who asked to hear from you.
What campaign sending includes
List import, scheduling, delivery and open tracking, and automatic unsubscribe handling. Email marketing automation for consented subscribers only, not a bulk email sender for scraped or purchased address lists.
Scheduled sends
Pick the date and hour a campaign goes out, in your own timezone, and prepare a month of sends in one sitting instead of remembering every Tuesday morning.
Delivery and open tracking
See how many messages were delivered, bounced and opened per campaign, so you can spot a list hygiene problem before it damages your sender reputation.
Unsubscribe handled for you
Every campaign carries a working unsubscribe link, and removals apply to your list immediately. This is a legal requirement in most markets, not an optional setting.
Written and sent in one place
Campaign content generated in Montu flows straight into the send, so you are not exporting copy, reformatting it and losing an hour to a separate email tool.
How campaign sending works
Pick the campaign and the list
Choose a campaign written on the E-Campaigns Content page, the lead list to send it to, and the sender address.
Preview before it goes
Open the preview and read the email exactly as recipients will see it. Only active leads on the list are counted as recipients.
Send or schedule
Send with one click or schedule it. Tokens are deducted for the send, and any messages that fail are refunded automatically.
Track the result
The campaign moves through Sending to Sent with the recipient count, and failures are shown separately. Unsubscribes are honoured automatically.

Campaign sending questions
Can I use this as a bulk email sender for a purchased list?
No. Montu supports opt-in lists only. Purchased or scraped addresses generate spam complaints and hard bounces that get sending domains blocked, which harms every campaign you send afterwards, including to real subscribers.
What is the best time to send an email campaign?
There is no universal answer. Mid-morning on a weekday is a common starting point, but your own open data after three or four campaigns beats any published benchmark. Test one variable at a time.
How does email marketing automation handle unsubscribes?
Each campaign includes an unsubscribe link. When someone clicks it they are removed from future sends automatically. Keeping a suppression list is required under laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Why do my emails land in spam?
Usually list quality, missing domain authentication, or sudden volume spikes. Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain, remove addresses that never open, and grow send volume gradually rather than all at once.
Can I segment who receives a campaign?
Yes. Send to a portion of your list rather than everyone, which usually raises relevance and lowers unsubscribes. Segmenting by past purchase or by signup source is a practical place to begin.
