Failed supported work is settled automatically according to the service rules. If a paid batch is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is handled automatically where item-level settlement applies.

No. Self-service support receives public Montu product knowledge and the messages you type. It cannot access private workspace data, credentials, secrets, admin tools, or another customer’s records.

Yes. Self-service support allows 15 customer messages in a one-hour window. The limit is enforced on the server; when it is reached, the issue can continue through a support case.
